PROBLEM & INSIGHT

 

GOREWEAR was seen as elitist — a brand for serious athletes only — limiting emotional connection with everyday people who ride, run, and move for joy. Progress is built in small, often unseen moments. The real win isn’t domination, it’s showing up daily.

We reimagined performance through The Daily Climb — a platform built on the belief that true progress lives in daily effort, not flawless finishes. Celebrating real journeys, setbacks and persistence, the campaign invited more people into the story of performance by humanising what it means to move forward.

CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

The Daily Climb launched as a global brand campaign celebrating real stories of movement and progress. Portrait-led storytelling, digital content and social films featuring everyday athletes alongside world-class talent. The work rolled out across paid, owned and social channels to reframe performance as something human, relatable and accessible.

FABIAN CANCELLARA — EPIC MOMENTS

Exploring the setbacks behind success, Fabian shared the ups and downs that shaped his resilience — reframing vulnerability as a core part of athletic performance.

GRLPCK — STRENGTH IN TOGETHERNESS

Partnering with iconic fmale cycling club GRLPCK to celebrate confidence, diversity and solidarity, spotlighting community and empowerment in motion.

THE RESULT

Rolled out globally, The Daily Climb helped reshape GOREWEAR’s voice — moving the brand toward a more relatable, human vision of performance and strengthening emotional connection with everyday athletes around the world.
